Cognitive Biases — Marketing & Design Series Overview
In this series, I will take a deep dive into each of the 180 cognitive biases listed above and where they’re applicable to design and marketing. The tentative plan is to cover one bias each day.
The exercise is primarily a selfish one. I’ve come across a few dozen through various books, studies, and design projects, however, the vast majority of the 180 biases are new to me.
I'll be placing a key constraint on myself, and that is to set a timer for 1 hour. One of my weaknesses is to get lost in the detail and lose sight of the bigger picture. By sticking to this constraint, I hope to improve my ability to remain focused.
